preppystyleshoes.com is a trading name of our company. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Our Agreement with You

In this agreement, we are preppystyleshoes.com and you are the person placing the order. Our agreement is made on the date we dispatch your goods. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at dispatch will be included in the agreement. Our agreement includes all correspondence from us to you.

2. Processing Your Order

We will send a confirmation email to acknowledge your order within 24 hours. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. If your chosen products are in stock, your order will be processed and payment deducted from your nominated payment method.

If you do not receive your goods within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us. You may then choose to:
a) Cancel your order for a full refund, or
b) Wait for a replacement order if the items remain in stock.

If goods arrive after a refund or duplicate order, you must arrange payment for duplicates or return the items.

3. Returns

Easy 45-Day Returns
On receipt of goods, we will refund the full amount within 45 days. Customers outside the included prepaid return option are responsible for return postage. Refunds are offered only; exchanges require placing a new order.

Faulty Returns
For faulty or incorrect items, please arrange returns for a full refund or replacement.

4. Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will include any paid delivery charges for standard delivery. Items must be returned at your expense within 14 days. Details for cancellation are provided on our website: Cancellation Form

5. Basis of Sale

These terms govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms. Errors or omissions in sales materials may be corrected. You are responsible for accuracy in your order.

6. Price of Goods

Prices are as displayed on our website in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices may change at any time without notice.

7. Risk and Property

Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership transfers only after full payment. Outdoor footwear should not be tried on indoor surfaces.

8. Warranties

You are entitled to any manufacturer warranties. This does not affect statutory rights. Information provided in the order must be accurate.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, industrial action, or power failures.

10. General

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. The contract is governed by English law.

11. Whole Agreement

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and us.

12. Affiliate/Voucher Codes

Voucher codes are for online use only and cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash. They are valid for a predetermined period.

13. Offers

Multi-buy offers require returning all items purchased under the offer for a full refund. Partial refunds are not allowed.

Promotions via social media are open to residents aged 18+ in applicable regions. One entry per person. Employees and their families are excluded. Winners are selected at random and notified in writing within 7 days.
