Returns Policy

Easy 45-Day Returns

You can return any item(s) in their original condition within 45 days of receiving your order.

Simply complete the returns form included with your order and enclose it with your returned item(s) inside the original packaging. Items cannot be returned without this information.

If you opted for a pre-paid return label at checkout, use of this label is free. If not, a small fee will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty). You can also return your item(s) to one of our stores nationwide.

We ask that all goods be returned in their original condition and packaging within 45 days. Once received, refunds will be processed promptly, and within a maximum of 14 days.

Certain items are excluded from the 45-day refund policy, including socks, tights, gel cushions, arch supports, insoles, and any sealed products. These can only be refunded or exchanged according to your legal rights and any terms provided at purchase.

Free Returns to Store

Items can be returned to any of our stores free of charge, in their original packaging. Most stores can process refunds immediately, while some may take up to 3 days.

Locker Returns

You can return items using a QR code and parcel at your nearest locker. Visit preppystyleshoes.com to find your nearest locker. Scan your QR code, select your parcel size, and deposit your parcel. Your return label will be applied by the courier. You can track your parcel at preppystyleshoes.com.

If your QR code has expired, request a new one at preppystyleshoes.com.

Please ensure:

  • All items from the same order are returned together.
  • Maximum parcel size: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.

Home Collection Service

Our home collection service allows you to return items from your home. Visit preppystyleshoes.com, select home collection, and complete the online form. A label will be emailed to you for printing. Attach it to your parcel for collection at your convenience.

Cancellation

Under consumer regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

To exchange items, order the replacement on our website and return your original items for a refund. Exchanges cannot be processed directly from returns to our warehouse.
